The key to a successful dermatology and aesthetic practice is not only to provide the best clinical and medical care to patients, but also to know specific strategies to enhance and grow your practice.

South Beach Symposium offers the Practice Management Symposium: a Specialty Session designed for clinicians, office managers, and research personnel. This focused one-day session will highlight essential strategies specific to running clinical dermatology practices, including essential tips & techniques for both directing and growing one's practice, and an overview of clinical studies that review how to start successful clinical research centers within a practice. Lectures will further focus on various tools for growing medical practices through additional revenue streams and retail opportunities, and an assessment of evolving practice models: including an assessment of private equity, and various other infrastructures. Session Directors will additionally highlight supplementary marketing tactics, and additional tools engineered to enhance overall practices. Moreover, attendees will learn legal topics including the fundamentals of compliance, coding and reimbursement, MACRA, and legal advice—and thus be in an optimal position to manage and oversee efficient and successful practices.

We encourage attendees to bring office staff to this session, so that they may benefit from the education and insight, and learn additional marketing strategies & practice enhancement techniques.
